ESWC gibt Regeln bekannt

Die Organisatoren des Eectronic Sports World Cup (ESWC) haben Heute die offiziellen Regeln der einzelnen Disziplinen für das Grand Final vom 05. - 8. Juli in Paris

bekannt gegeben.

Die grösste Neuigkeit in den Regeln ist, dass de_cbble neu im Mappool des Counter Strike 1.6 Turnier vertreten ist und der Mappool damit insgesamt 5 Maps umfasst.

Der Modus der einzelnen Diszplinen ist gleich geblieben wie bereits letztes Jahr. Wer die ersten zwei Gruppenphasen übersteht tritt anschliessend in einem Single Elimination gegen die besten 8 Spieler/Teams an.

Ausserdem wurden die Teams bekannt gegeben, die ihre Teilnahme am Counter Strike Female-Turnier bestätigt haben. Erfreulich ist, dass sich unter den 10 Teams das Schweizer Female-Team von

endless inspiration befindet. Damit ist auch offiziell bestätigt, dass ein Schweizer Frauenteam am Turnier teilnehmen wird.

- Game Version: Warcraft III - The Frozen Throne, latest version.
- Tournament Format: Group Stage 8 x 7 / Group Stage 4 x 6 / 8-players Single Elimination Bracket.
- Match Format: 2 games in stage 1, best of three in stage 2 and final bracket.
- Map Pool: Secret Valley, Twisted Meadows, Echo Isles, Turtle Rock, Terenas Sand

PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 6 PC

- Game Version: Pro Evolution Soccer 6 (PC platform)
- Tournament Format: Group Stage 8 x 6 / Group Stage 4 x 6 / 8-players Single Elimination Bracket.
- Match Format: Home & Away 10-min games up to the semi-finals, one 15-min game for the final.
- Match Settings: Club teams, random players’ conditions.
