When did you first think yourself that you were one of the best, or better, players around and when did you first notice increasing attention from other people pertaining to that?
shaGuar: Good question. I guess it was around that post CPL Winter 2001 time, when I realized how close we were skill wise not only to the top American teams, but also to the Europeans (we lost 13-10 to SK's german team at that event). However there were also other instances that triggered reflection on ever considering myself "one of the best", like being the top fragger in our crushing defeat vs X3 with 1st~, or beating eoLithic at CPL with zEx. |
