Hi Zefir0! Please introduce yourself once again to the community and tell us what made you play most of the time FIFA (and not another game).
Zefiro:
Hi, my name's Sam I m 19 and I m playing fifa online since 2002. I've always liked watching and playing real football so it was clear that I had to play a soccer game. Fifa gave me the chance to travel around the world (Toulouse, Paris, Cannes, San Fransisco, and so on..) and I m really lucky with it. A lot of people think that fifa is just an other sport game and that it shouldn't be a wcg or eps game.... Personally I think that football nothing else that the most famous sport in the world and I think that's it's quite logical to have this kind of game to some top events. Everybody know the rules and I think when you just want to relax yourself it's the funniest game |

Now you competed already in 2004 at the WorldCyberGames in FIFA. Where would you situate the Swiss FIFA community in the international comparison.
Zefiro:
Well, there is a big step between the swiss community and the other countries but I don't think that it's a big news. We have only a few people who are playing fifa in our country and I really hope that it ll change very soon. Who knows, we may have a swiss eps fifa team! |

So what are your goals for the upcoming ECG? Do you think you made progress since the WCG?
Zefiro:
I don't have any special aim for the next ECG ! FIfa 2005 is quite different and I couldn't play as much as in 2004. My only goal for this year is to have my maturity (school). I m really looking forward to spending some times with Dave, Yverman and Blacky. Anyway, I just hope to have as much fun as I had in San fransisco. The most important thing for me is to play for fun and not for being the best.. I don't live for fifa, I just like to play it. That's a big difference. |

And is there any opponent you would like to face especially?
Zefiro:
ehhe yes ! I will really appreciate if I could play against aghaton who is not just the best french player.. he is also a good friend of mine and we train together since 2004. I will also love to play against the german players. It's something special to play against this kind of player who are very famous around the world. |

So what do you think will your chances of winning or passing a group stage depend on?
Zefiro:
It will depend of many things. I just want to play game after game and don't think too much about the results. I m very happy to go there and I will try to give the best, but anyway I don't have the chance to play as much as I want this year due to school and I know that it will be especially hard because you are not playing against random players but against the best. |

Alright. And do you already have things besides gaming in mind, that you want to do once you are at Hannover?
Zefiro:
Yes sure ! the CeBIT is one of the most important computer exhibition in Europe and I will really enjoy to see it. I've never been to Hanover and I will love to visit this german town. I m really happy to go there and I will love to be in Hanover. |

Yes sure ! the CeBIT is one of the most important computer exhibition in Europe and I will really enjoy to see it. I've never been to Hanover and I will love to visit this german town. I m really happy to go there and I will adore to be in Hanover and try the german pubs Unfortunately I think that this year will be my last year. Next October I hope to join a high school and I think that it will be too much for me. In spite of all, I will try to help the swiss community as I can, maybe as a coach. Who knows? |
