To all you Spacemarines at home:
For a few days now, you've been able to register for the coming Doom III at gamersNET.com. The registration will be open until Sunday, Decembre 5th at 20.00 CET.
If you need some more training, or even want to try the game online for the first time, before you decide to join the cup, we've set up a few public servers, which are available under the following IP's:

For all of you, who have never played in a gNET league or cup, we've created a How-to to ease your registration process.

The maps which are not standard, Phrantic II and Never outgunned can be downloaded at www.doom3.de under the category Filebase/Map Datenbank
The cup will be played in a Best-of-Three mode, where both players get to choose one map. In the case that after these two maps there is still no winner, a third map will be played, which is given by the Admins.

btw. Standardmaps gäu =)
I hope this cup is starting soon, because I have to join the Danish army in February :P
they didn't even bother to ask if i was going to play with a 200+ ping or not.
